Choose between an exchange or a refund to your original payment method, then download and print your prepaid shipping label.

Place your unworn items with original tags in the original packaging or a secure mailer and attach the prepaid label to the outside.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
